Vintage ATHOL MACHINE CO. Hand Vise.  It has a screw adjustment and a wooden handle.  Manufactured by Athol Machine Co., Athol, Mass., USA.
Measures 7-1/4" long x 4" wide x 1-1/2" long jaws and weighs 1 pound unpackaged.
There is finish wear and cracks in the wooden handle and the screw adjustment is hard to turn after opening.  Being sold "AS IS."
