    What can I say?
    Anybody who knew Jack, knew that he was a gentleman and a scholar.  A true John Deere LEGEND.  Jack sold John Deere farm machinery for over 60 years before passing away.
    This brand NEW, OLD STOCK (NOS) business card was printed up in 1994 and was one that Jack never handed out.

    John “Jack” Forster, age 82, of Cherry Valley, Illinois, died Saturday evening May 21, 2005 in OSF St. Anthony Medical Center after a sudden illness. Jack was born October 26, 1922 in Sycamore, Illinois the son of Ben and Anna (Sullivan) Forster. He married Betty Lou Garrard in 1943 and then married Janice Phillips in 1974. Jack was a salesman for John Deere Company for 59 years. He worked for Poulter Implement in Belvidere and currently for Meridian Implement in Rockford. Jack never retired. He attended schools in Ashton, Illinois and was a member of St. James Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus."
    Jack sold literally 1000's of pieces of farm machinery over the years.  If you bought one from Jack, I'm sure that you had a good story to go along with it.
    Help me find a new home for this unique little item.
    It should make a nice
    addition, to any SERIOUS John Deere fans collection.
