    Description

    This is U.S. Scott #1908, the 20-Cent Fire Pumper Stamp with plate #2.  This copy is USED and the centering is VERY FINE (VF).   (See the scan for precise centering.)  This a very nice copy with the only issue being one nibbed perf on the left edge.   The Plate Number Coil Collectors Club 2017 Values List has this one used at .00.  Nevertheless, you'll get it for less here.
