Tank Silo Farm weighing scale kit assembly with Remote display 20,000 lb x 1 lb capacity
New Tank, Silo Farm hopper, Bin storage scale kit assembly. All parts for a 4 legged system is in here.
Made out of Stainless Steel material. weighing element load cells are IP69K rated with White teflon cable for harsh environment use also. Top plate is is 5"x5" with 4x 1/2" holes for easy mounting on your bin/hopper legs.
Spherical washer mount compensate for a little bit of tilting.
Indicator has a 1" Red Segment LED display for easy view. Special setup for keeping the bin weight in flash memory. When you fill your Silo/Bin shows the actual weight, after you down with weighing out feed you turn the indicator Off. Next time when you turn it back On, will show you if you have some feed in your silo/bin.
Also comes with a Stainless Steel housing Large 4" Red LED remote display that you able to hang up AC powered and Pre-made RS-232 cable made and tested to Indicator.
Great to keep track of output. all parts are tested and manual is included for assembly and setup and calibration. However we do a pre-setup and pre-calibration at our shop to make sure all parts work properly before we ship the equipment out. Indicator works on AC power as it has its own power cord and also have a 6VDC Lead-Acid Battery for running the system up to 48 hrs. Mounting of the indicator is easy by using the "U" bracket that comes with the indicator. Quick disconnect plugs with 20'ft of cable included and pre-soldered.
You will receive the cable pre-connected into the summing box to make it easier for you. Plus RS-232 cable to remote display pre-made and tested with indicator for plug and play.
maximum scale normal capacity is 20,000 lb you can set it up to minimum of 1 lb resolution. load cells are durable and have 100% safe overload built into them.
