    Description

    Hello!
    This is an auction for a Fine-Very Fine Plate number coil strip of 5 of Scott #2915A, the self-adhesive 32c Flag Over Porch first-class rate definitive stamp of 1996,  Plate #99999. The die-cut is 11 x 10 PP/VV. (11 peaks on the right side, 10 peaks on the left side.  Upper left starting as a peak and bottom left ending as a peak, Top right starting out as a valley and bottom right ending as a valley).
    The 2020 Scott catalog value for a plate number strip of 5 is .25.
    The strip is never hinged, is F-VF and  has no flaws. The above scan is a stock scan, but the PNC you will receive will be virtually the same in quality and centering.
