Gently used condition. Signs of wear from use and storage. No major defects, just some light scratches and scuffing. Shoulder strap looks new and is still wrapped with original packing tape. Great pockets! Lots of storage and organizational space. Front 2 pockets for pens and cards; the front large compartment with padding has a strap to go over a laptop with an additional partition and inner side pouches; back large compartment opens down around the corners and expands like a large accordion folder; smaller zipper pocket at the back; and a final strap with a snap that can slide over the handles of rolling luggage/ a carry on bag. All zippers work well.
