    Description

    The only clue to its age is Vernon Hayes as running the Brighton Township Police Department, and the only reference I could find was a newspaper article mentioning him in 1962. So this could be 1950s or 60s probably. About 3.75" wide, light green, slight yellowing and minor edge bump as shown on back.
