BC1000 as...telephones by radio ! BC-1000 receiver transmitter

Description

Another cardboard box with the words "radio-phones!" and a real ... curiosity! I translate the "fascinating" notes left to me by my old friend and former owner.
"These 2 early fifties beautiful radios were used from the end of the 50s until about 1970, by the owner of two farmhouses 3 km away from each other, in an area not served by telephone lines or electricity and powered by batteries! they are fully functional in reception and certainly will be in transmission but I have no idea which procedure the operator used to go ... in transmission as the 4 wires of the handset are all connected to the circuit! "Obviously they are complete with tubes,2 quartz,two AN-130 antennas plus two beautiful 50's Fatme handsets: everything as left by the old user.In the third pic theyr spectacular conditions and in the last pic the 2 plugs to power them !
All radios declared to be working are always tested before packaging by a competent person.

For those who want to restore the input Jacks in order to use the original hadsets, I will add them in the package.This is a very useful gift as these parts, alone, are impossible to find !
NOTE:I took over (at stratospheric price!) the entire collection of military equipments belonging to an elderly engineer (once living in the same Residence of mine) who moved to Portugal in October 2018. He purchased all his items,many times ago,declared  functioning by European collectors friends.
