1x Vintage Eye Glass Trial Lens CASE ONLY, Ophthalmology 20-1/2" x 12-1/2" used?

Hello there, this listing is for one case made for a trial lens set.  I think it is new but it is pretty old and has some nics and scratches so selling as used and as-is with no returns.  Measurements are the inside of the case.  What you see is what you get so please check out all the pictures to see what you will be buying.
